Jacqueline's Journey

Jacqueline’s path to becoming a health coach is a story of passion, dedication, and the desire to make
a positive impact in the lives of others. Her journey is marked by significant milestones:

Called to Be a Blessing

Several years ago, Jacqueline made a quiet but powerful commitment: to be a blessing to every person she meets. This wasn’t just a goal—it became a guiding principle that reshaped the way she listens, cares, and shows up for others.

This shift in intention opened her heart in a new way. She began slowing down, paying closer attention, and truly hearing the stories people shared with her. Instead of simply offering advice, she started seeking to understand the deeper needs beneath their words—the fears, frustrations, hopes, and longings that often go unspoken.

Choosing to be a blessing changed how she interacts with the world. It taught her to approach each person with gentleness, patience, and respect. It reminded her that everyone carries something unseen, and that compassion can be the first step toward healing.

Today, this intention continues to shape her work as a health coach. Jacqueline meets each client with genuine care, honoring their individual needs, their pace, and their unique journey. She sees the whole person—not just their symptoms—and strives to create an experience where people feel valued, understood, and supported.

Her desire to be a blessing is not just a philosophy; it is the foundation of how she serves, encourages, and walks alongside others on their path to better health.

A Chance Encounter

One day while traveling, Jacqueline sat next to a woman who was reading one of her favorite books about health and nutrition. This encounter led to a conversation where Jacqueline shared valuable ideas and tools to help the woman overcome her health struggles. As they were going their own way the woman suggested Jacqueline become a Health Coach. After a bit of research Jacqueline decided this would be the perfect career choice for her.

Pursuing Certification and Expertise

Pursuing her passion for helping others achieve vibrant health, Jacqueline began her journey with a certificate in Personal Nutrition from Shaw Academy. She continued expanding her expertise by completing both the Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certification and the Advanced Business Course through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Driven by a desire to translate knowledge into meaningful, real-world transformation, she sought training that would deepen her functional approach. The Berg Method Health Coach Certification under Dr. Eric Berg provided the practical, root-cause-focused framework she needed.

Jacqueline further strengthened her skill set by completing the Brain Health Professional training through Dr. Daniel Amen and Amen University, adding a powerful neurological dimension to her work.
